Étienne assists his clients in all digital law aspects: on-line retail, social networks, market places, cloud computing, dematerialization, etc. He also has a significant experience in assisting live show and music firms. His daily practice is dealing with the constant change of company’s needs, regulations in force and legal solutions to bring. His objective: always provide his clients with customized and relevant solutions.

Étienne was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999. He practiced at the international law firm, Salans, then at the firm FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE as a partner since 2009 before founding NEXT in 2020.

He is a senior lecturer in the Specialized Master “Management of the Musical Sector” at Audencia Business School.

Étienne graduated with a post graduate degree in literary, artistic and industrial law (DEA) (Paris II Panthéon-Assas University with Professor Pierre-Yves Gautier as director) and a company lawyer diploma (DJCE), Major in distribution law (Cergy-Pontoise University).

Client-focused, seeking customized solutions, Stéphanie assists companies in all areas of intellectual property, innovation, privacy and entertainment laws. Internationally orientated, she also assists international groups and foreign companies with the compliance of their activities in France and Europe.

Stéphanie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011 and practiced at the firm FERAL-SCHUHL / SAINTE-MARIE, prior to founding NEXT in 2020.

She was also admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2016 and practiced for two years in Montreal (Canada).

Prior to that, Stéphanie practiced abroad, in an international law firm in Milan, Italy, then in a collective management organization for performers and producers’ rights in Toronto, Canada and at the European Commission in Brussels.

She is a senior lecturer in the Specialized Master “Management of the Musical Sector” at Audencia Business School.

Stéphanie graduated with a Master degree in digital creations law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris XI Sceaux Universities (2009) with Professor Pierre Sirinelli as Director and a Master degree in European business law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (2008, ranked first in class, with Professor Louis Vogel as Director).

She also graduated with a Master degree in general private law at University of Ottawa in Canada.

Lucas was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.

Before joining NEXT in October 2022, he practiced in a law firm specializing in intellectual property and worked as a lawyer at the Union des Marques (a trade association for the communications sector).

Lucas supports companies in the contractualization of their technology projects, their RGPD compliance and the protection of their intellectual property.

Lucas speaks French and English.

Lucas graduated with a Master degree in media and communication law (Toulouse 1 Capitole University).

Marie Prévot was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.

She assists the firm’s clients in drafting contracts relating to their technology projects, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and protecting their intellectual property.

Marie speaks French and English.

Marie graduated with a Master dégrée in intellectual property (Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas (2022).

Marie also graduated with a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil en Entreprise (DJCE), Mention de spécialisation droit fiscal (Université de Caen Normandie (2019).
